The Kyanite is a hard stone to get on a hanger, much less at the deep colors we have come across. As a MUST have for the whole array including : all sensatives through healers (including RN’s and DR’s). Anyone working in another’s energy field needs to bring this healing for themselves as protection, and to pull on its abilities to send out. You can pair this with a selenite and have a clearing and healing together. Kynite doesn’t really need to be cleaned if not used at extremes; but if wearing and using everyday, I’d suggest strongly of adding selenite to is.
Kyanite’s appearance is beautiful and unusual. Naturally usual, naturally forming, it’s appearing very flat blades made up of very thin mica-like layers. Kyanite predominantly occurs in a medium blue color with white streaks, although it can be green or black, and it’s often translucent and always shiny.
Overall, I find its energy to be very calming mentally. I’ve discovered that when I’m caught up in one of my worry loops placing kyanite on my forehead (whether or not l’m meditating) helps me to move beyond the loop. lt reminds me that everything which happens is for a purpose, and that I am ultimately in charge. In the course of these gentle reminders it often brings to surface beliefs which I have accepted as fact.
The one book I have that talks about kyanite (Love ls ln The Earth, by Melody), states that this stone never needs to be cleaned or cleared, i.e., it doesn’t retain negative vibrations. She also remarks that it’s helpful in chakra balance, in dispelling anger and frustration, (thus encouraging one to persevere in difficult tasks), and – confirming my own experiences – that it helps to facilitate mental clarity and dissolves confusions arising from emotional, intellectual, and spiritual issues.
